Becoming a member is easy! You’ll choose the plan that suits you best, sign the membership Agreement/Waiver, and book a tee time through the Mind Body App! Additionally, you can download the Kisi app to gain access to our facilities for your individualized tee time!
Swing Lab is open 24/7! Members will have access to all tee times, and Night Owl members have access to all tee times between 11pm and 6am.
Each session is scheduled for 50-minutes, with a 10 minute transition period in between each session. This transition period will allow enough time for members to clean up before they leave. Members are welcome to book back-to-back sessions for a longer block of time.Members are able to hold three tee times at a time. When your 50-minute session is complete, you can schedule another one. This policy is to ensure access to all members and reduce no-shows.
There are three completely private, enclosed, expansive bays.
No, however there will be tees available to use in the bays. Please bring your own clubs and golf balls.
Yes! Bring your guests to play a round or work on their swing. Each bay features a comfortable seating lounge area with a large TV to put on a game, golf, and spend time together. As a member, you will be responsible for your guests.
Yes! Simply book a tee time and meet your student there.
No, though you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. In order to keep the bays clean for the next member, we would kindly ask that you remove any food or beverages after your session. Extra bags are provided with a large garbage can for food waste in the back of the facility. Alcohol is not allowed.
There are no staff onsite. You will schedule your tee times through the Mindbody app and from there, you will use the Kisi app to gain access to the Swing Lab facility.
We ask members to clean up their bay before the next session, and we’d love to know if the bay wasn’t left PERFECT for you as well. Please remove any trash when you leave your bay and dispose of it in the garbage receptacle in the back of the facility. Please leave the bay the same way you’d like to find it when you arrive.
For month-to-month plans, you are able to cancel with a 30-day notice. For the 6-month, 12-month, and Corporate memberships, you can cancel the membership 30 days before the end of your signed agreement. If any unforeseen issues arise such as an injury or you relocate, we’ll be happy to work with you.
The total number of memberships is limited so that every member has adequate opportunities to book their preferred tee times.
