Turning on the Computer

• Press the power button on top of the computer tower located in the cabinet (highlighted with a neon green sticker). The computer will automatically log in as SWING LAB MEMBER—no password required.
• Turn on the second monitor (mounted to the carpeted wall to the left of the computer cabinet) using the TCL remote. This monitor displays additional golf data.
  • Troubleshooting tip: If data does not appear, press the input button (top left on the remote) and select HDMI 1.
• The projector should automatically power on with the computer. If not, use the EPSON projector remote to turn it on.

Once the Computer is On

• Open Trackman Performance Studio 10 on the monitor.
• Optional: Connect your Trackman account.
  • Scan the QR code in the top-right of the monitor screen with your phone camera.
  • If you don’t yet have an account, scanning will prompt you to download the app and create one (quick setup).
• Choose from Practice (driving range), Courses, Tournaments, or Games to start golfing.
• Trackman will take a minute to load and configure—this is normal.

Golf Equipment

• Tees are provided (drawer below the computer keyboard).
• Shoes: Any clean shoes are fine, including golf cleats (no metal spikes).
• Clubs & Balls: Please use clean clubs and new golf balls only (used or scuffed balls can damage the screen).

Ending Your Session

• Shut down the computer:
  • Shut down the computer → click the Windows icon → Power button → Shut down.
  • Turn off the EPSON projector using the aqua-colored power button (press twice).
  • Turn off the TCL monitor with the TCL remote power button.
• Straighten the suite for the next member:
  • Supplies (paper towels, cleaner, garbage bags) are in the cabinet.
  • Large trash receptacle for food waste is located in the hallway near the bathrooms.
